We ship from Germany with DHL incl. tracking number & insurance. If you paid via Paypal then we ship only to the address shown on your PayPal account. We can ship also with DHL Express, please ask for extra costs. Shipping outside of EU: your country may be charged additional customs duties and fees!!! Please check with your local government for tax rules in your country.

Returns

Please contact us before sending the item back. Shipping fees for returns pay the buyer. Please send the item as soon as possible in unused and new condition with the original packaging within 14 days. Sorry but we cannot offer refund for worn and used products. We refund only the product price, the shipping fees for international customers will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Furthermore we will not accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:

left address / unknown
refused, unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended
period of time
invalid or closed military designated unit or zip code
not located at address provided

If returns are received for any of the above reasons, we will credit or refund your purchase minus the shipping fees given the goods have been returned to us in original condition.

Tracking DHL worldwide shipping

The DHL Economy worldwide shipping to USA & Canada need 14-23 business days for delivery. You can track your package at the DHL site (link to DHL)
and then a few days later with the new international number at the USPS web site (link to USPS)
or for Canada at the Canada Post web site (link to Canada Post)

Your package must be cleared at the US or Canada customs office, this procedure takes about 10 (or more) days. During this time you will not see any new scans! You see only the last scan from Germany. Only when the package has left the customs office, you will see the first USPS or Canada Post scan. In the overview: 4 days in Germany to the Frankfurt airport, 10 days at the Customs Office, 2 days to your door. Bevor, during and after Christmas are the shipping time very long, about 5-8 weeks is a normally delivery time.
